We had a great experience with All Seasons Home Comfort. Shawn Moran (owner) was very responsive to us and drove to our home within a day of our first contact in order to look at our proposed project (replacement of an old, side vent evaporative cooler) in order to give us an accurate estimate. As it turned out, his price for parts and labor were below all other estimates that we received and, he was able to to install within 1 week after we decided to use his service. The job was completed in under 4 hours and, he also made an extra stop at Lowes to buy and replace (without charge) a window well cover on our neighbor’s house because he noticed it to be damaged. I will recommend All Seasons Home Comfort to anyone needing home cooling system replacement or repair.

I highly recommend All Seasons for your HVAC needs! Shawn and his team installed a swamp cooler this past spring. I loved that they are super upfront and honest about their costs – which are posted on their website – and they do not try to upsell you. I had received quotes from several other companies, most of which were way more expensive and several of which were trying to get me to buy a way bigger system than necessary. Shawn was easy to work with and prompt in getting an install date scheduled. The install was relatively efficient and painless, and Shawn was very professional and competent. I was also impressed because he installed an additional feature (purge pump) at a reasonable cost upon my request. When the pump started having issues (manufacturer issue, not All Seasons issue), Shawn was prompt in returning to address the problem. We ended up removing that extra part, and Shawn reimbursed that cost in full. If you are looking for a professional, cost-effective HVAC install, look no further!

After years of enduring heat buildup on second floor of my home, I was seeking installation of a whole house fan to help push out the heat. I did my online homework re: different types of units so I felt prepared to negotiate to get the best deal . What I didn’t plan on was the the knowledge and patience of Sean (the owner of ASHC). He dutifully listened to my research & concerns then politely guided me to which products were truly needed for my situation and, frankly, his guidance was right-on-the-money! We installed a system with variable speed fans and a cleverly designed hanging fan mount that significantly reduces noise level when running. Sean also provide additional venting in the roof so, the net effect is that we can turn over the trapped hot air in under an hour. As this summer is winding down, we have truly enjoyed the product. Sean is conscientious with an occassional post-installation respectful follow-up to make sure all is well. I felt safe with him in the home and his post-workout clean-up was spotless. I highly recommend you consider All Seasons Home Comfort to be in your shortlist of vendors when planning your next project.

We needed a vent installed for our new microwave-hood combination. This involved cutting a hole in the roof and extending a duct up to the ceiling, which was vaulted, through the cabinet above the stove. The microwave was to be delivered in 5 days and I had no one lined up to do this work. I found Shawn’s company on the web and gave him a call. He came out that same day and looked the job over and gave me a bid, very reasonable. Then the next day, after purchasing the materials, he came out in the morning on a Saturday, and completed the job in 4 hours. On the Tuesday the microwave was installed and works great. Shawn is very professional, does a neat and orderly job, cleans up after his work, and the finished product is just what we needed. I can’t recommend him more highly.

Outstanding job! Called for a bid to have a broken swamp cooler removed and the roof patched. Found we could have a solar powered roof vent installed where the broken swamp cooler was. Shawn installed a rooftop evaperative cooler for me few weeks ago. The price was awesome as was the level of service and communication. When I started having an issue with the motor last night (manufactures issue, not Shawn’s) he came over the very next day. I hired Shawn to install a replacement evaporative cooler on the side of my house on the roof. He and his crew did an excellent job. They communicated with me constantly about what they were doing. He also installed additional duct work into a another room, plus a new digital thermostat. They cleaned up after themselves and were very, very professional during the whole process. Shawn installed a QuietCool whole house fan system for us and we couldn’t be more pleased! We initially contacted him with questions about these systems and he very patiently took the time to educate us without any sales pressure whatsoever. At no time did he attempt to upsell beyond what we truly needed for our home size and layout. I must say that when I contacted other companies, this was not the case. We were told that we needed more and larger units and that they had limited time “specials” they could offer if we acted quickly. After a fair amount of research, it was obvious that Shawn was precisely correct with his recommendation. In addition, his quoted price was extremely reasonable. On installation day he texted us with an approximate arrival time (and actually arrived when promised). He was efficient and thorough and the quality of this work was excellent! I believe that he truly went above and beyond. For example, there are several homes in our neighborhood with these systems (the shiny silver rooftop vents are a dead giveaway). Shawn took the time to paint the vents to blend with our roof. This sort of attention to detail is rare. We’ve done enough home repair/improvement projects over the decades to recognize a reputable and reliable business owner when we see him. Shawn Moran is the real deal. Truly can’t say enough positive things about this company!
